Fabian Thiele

About Fabian

Fabian is a research assistant at Dierks+Company and joins the team in the period of finalizing his doctoral thesis through his legal clerkship.

After finishing his law studies at Freiburg University with the first state exam, Fabian worked as a university lecturer and assistant at the chair for social security law in Freiburg. There he gained a broad expertise in compulsory insurance and the interdependencies of the social system and the constitution.

Fabian is about to finish his doctoral thesis, which is about the fundamental principles of compulsory insurance and how they play a role in reshaping the scope of the social security system.

With his profound knowledge of the social security system of Germany, Fabian is looking forward to supporting the transformation of healthcare and help to fit new technologies in the law system.
