Anja is Partner at Dierks+Company.

She has extensive experience in medical law. For more than 12 years, Anja has been significantly involved in various functions in the development of legal requirements in the healthcare sector as well as in their application in practice. As legal advisor to the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA), her work focused on cross-sectoral and new forms of care, demand planning as well as the design of new digitization processes and the introduction of e-health products.

Anja was actively involved  in the management of the German Society for Statutory Health Insurance Physicians' Law. During a secondment to the Federal Social Court in Kassel, she played a major role in important decisions in the field of panel doctor law. She was also seconded to the Federal Ministry of Health, where she worked on reform processes in healthcare and health insurance. With her in-depth knowledge of the various processes and players involved in the healthcare system and her comprehensive knowledge of the regulation of all areas of care, Anja stands for innovative ideas for the transformation of the healthcare system.
