On 14th of November, 2019, the 1st National Digital Health Symposium was held in the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute Berlin. Digitalization is a great opportunity for more patient benefit through better information and research, but also more efficient processes for the learning healthcare system - this is the balance of the representatives of research and science, service providers, statutory and private payers, start-ups and industry associations as well as politicians and patient organizations.
In this event, Prof. Dr. Dr. Dierks expressed his expectations for the GVG working group on digitization and eHealth.
